Deep Halo is looking for Bouncers to join our team. Our approach is to prioritize de-escalation, professionalism, and presence over force. You must be reliable, level-headed, and able to handle high-energy environments with confidence and calmness. We are ending the stigma and cosmetic view of security by hiring unique people who are willing to train and learn.

Your responses will be reviewed and if deemed fit for our company, you will receive a phone call and offered a training session with a Captain. If this session is passed, you will be hired shortly after and sent an Employee Contract.

About Jerell
Founder Jerell Potts established Deep Halo in 2021, with 14+ years of experience in security and a desire to change the stigma around bouncers, who are often chosen based on physical appearance. His goal was to start a company based on character, and to have a reliable team who can show restraint and understanding, while representing that you don't need to look a certain way to be a bouncer. Women can be bouncers, trans people can be bouncers, anyone can be a bouncer with the right training!
Being a non-violent bouncer first is not easy in a world where minorities unfortunately experience discrimination and violence, but at this point Jerell is a pro and wants to lead others in his example.
