Deep Halo is  looking for Bouncers to join our team. Our approach is to prioritize de-escalation, professionalism, and presence over force. If you have a background in security, bar or concert industry, crowd control, or conflict resolution — and know how to keep the vibe safe without escalating tension — we’d love to hear from you. Must be reliable, level-headed, and able to handle high-energy environments with confidence and calmness. We are ending the stigma and cosmetic view of security by hiring unique people who are willing to train and learn.

After your resume is reviewed by management personnel and if you pass the interview process, we’ll set up a FaceTime interview, and if successful you’ll be given a contract describing the rules and procedures valued by our company. If you decide to sign the employee contract, your training will start the following or the same week.
